You say yes when everything in you wants to say no, because somewhere along the way you learned that accommodating others felt safer than disappointing them.

 

This constant pressure to stay productive, exceed expectations, and keep others happy has left you anxious, stretched thin, and second-guessing decisions that once came naturally. 

 

Anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing keep you on edge, internally struggling with self-doubt because of the negative messages you've internalized that still guide your decisions and contribute to the belief that you may not be enough.

 

You don’t have to stay in this survival mode, overwhelmed by the pressure to be everything to everyone. Peace doesn’t require perfection, and people-pleasing only keeps you stuck in a cycle that no longer serves you.

 

Therapy with me can help you regain emotional balance without asking you to stop being driven or successful. It's not about lowering your standards; it's about refusing to choose habits that lead to self-betrayal. 

I offer focused intensives for women who want deeper work in less time, as well as individual therapy sessions (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).
