Welcome! 

I help women experience peace without feeling like they have to earn it through perfectionism or pretending everything is okay, which causes feelings of anxiety and depression to show up. I help you look inward to heal long-standing patterns that are keeping you stuck. You can learn to trust your insight and voice again, even if​ beliefs formed early in life continue to influence how you show up, reinforcing the idea that you must perform or prove yourself. 

I created Basileia Counseling (Bas-ih-lay-uh), which means inner authority, because I believe the answers you need are already within you, waiting to be accessed and processed, supported by my clinical training and expertise. I offer focused intensives for women who want deeper work in less time, as well as individual therapy sessions (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).

You don't have to keep being the strong one for everyone else while suffering in silence in your personal and professional life and in your relationships. It's time for you to
