I help women release the pressure that often shows up as anxiety and depression, so you can experience peace without feeling like you have to earn it through perfectionism or pretending everything is fine.

I created Basileia Counseling (Bas-ih-lay-uh), meaning inner authority, because I believe the answers you need are already within you; they just haven’t felt accessible. My role is to help you identify them through clinical expertise and intentional support.

Our work focuses on strengthening your voice so you can set boundaries and move away from people-pleasing. You may find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations, or trying to get everything exactly right just to feel settled.

Many of these patterns start early in life. You may have learned, directly or indirectly, that you had to prove you were enough. When being yourself hasn’t felt safe, it makes sense that you would shrink, overextend, disconnect from your needs, or pull back from others to protect your sense of belonging. You don’t have to keep living this way.

I offer focused intensives for women who want deeper work in less time, as well as individual therapy sessions (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).
